Abstract:

Today, construction projects have a significant share in the development and development of the country by allocating a significant amount of the country's budget. Therefore, improving the situation of these projects and also improving the profitability of these projects has involved the minds of many construction companies and at higher levels of officials. One of the most important and effective methods for this purpose is to improve the productivity of human resources in the construction industry. Accordingly, in the present study, effective factors for human resource development, especially in the construction industry, were investigated and after explaining the factors affecting their class, action was taken according to the obtained results, which indicated the importance of factors affecting productivity. Manpower The human, managerial, social, and ultimately labor-economic factors ultimately had a higher degree of importance than other factors, respectively.
