Investigating the Factors Affecting the Motivation of the Staff of the Training Center for Marital Training of Mohammad Rasool Allah (pbuh)
Job motivation is always considered as one of the most effective factors in increasing the productivity of organizations. And the more sensitive the job, the greater the importance of this variable. This research attempts to investigate the factors affecting the job motivation of the staff of the Marjazgan Training Center, Mohammad Rasoul AH (pbuh).
This is a descriptive-survey study in terms of applied purpose and in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the study is the personnel of the Training Center of Mohammad Rasool (BH) in Birjand, 170 people, of which 68 were randomly selected. The data were collected using Rawa and Paya's researcher-made questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha = 0.70). Analysis of variance of Spearman correlation analysis was performed using Chi-square, T-test, Tukey's statistical tests.
Findings and
The research showed that perception of justice, alienation is significantly related to carivans, job satisfaction, and also the variables of marital status and employment status with employee motivation. Therefore, by managing the identified factors, it is possible to increase the motivation of these employees.
