Reviewing effective factors on Fuel Contraband and methods of preventing it (Case Study: Ghasre Shirin Town Border in 1393)

One of the most important national problems in developing countries is financial corruption caused by subterranean economic and its clear symbol is contraband. Our country, as a developing country, has recently encountered with a new kind of contraband in domain of fuel, dangers caused by excessive contraband of this oil product not only threatens the national economy but make serious crisis for social, financial and more systems, And prepare the base of occurring these kinds of security dangers.
Research Method is survey in this study by using questionnaires and is an Applied study. Under study statistical society includes all clerks of anti-contraband and currency smuggling office, Customs office, juratory resources and the Personnel of Border Policing Command in Ghasre Shirin town. The sample size of this study includes 100 people which are selected by sampling method.
Considering the results of Freedman test, the postural prevention variables include following items based on the effect rate on decrease of fuel contraband: Decrease of committing crimes, increasing danger of committing crimes, decreasing motivation of committing crimes, increasing attempt of committing crimes, decreasing interests and benefits of committing crimes and social factors, economic and regional factors; these factors include following items based on the effect rate on decrease of fuel contraband: Regional Factors, Economic Factors, Social Factors. and the postural prevention variables include following items based on the effect rate on decrease of fuel contraband: The intensity of punishment, The speed of punishment, The finality of punishment.
