Futuristic relationship with organizational intelligence, organizational creativity and organizational excellence In the Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran Province in order to present the model

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate prospective relationship with organizational intelligence, organizational creativity and organizational excellence in Islamic Azad universities in Mazandaran province in order to present the model. The method of its implementation has been descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the study was all full-time and part-time faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran in 1397 who were about 750 people. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table of 254 people. Sampling method was selected randomly. The method of data collection was library and field type. The data were collected based on three questionnaires of Ascoll's Future Assessment (2003), Albrecht Organizational Intelligence (2002), Guillard's Organizational Creativity (1967), and Peters & Waterman Enterprise Excellence Questionnaire (1982). Validity of the questionnaire was determined by expert experts and professors. Reliability was calculated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient for all four variables larger than 0.7. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-22 and SmartPLS softwares and descriptive statistics (frequency distribution tables, mean and variance) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling and entropy method). The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between future orientation with organizational intelligence, organizational creativity and organizational excellence. According to the research findings, the foresight had four dimensions of management (13 components), structural (11 components), research (6 components), cultural (3 components) and appropriateness of the research model.
