The Factors of Influencing Human Capital Performancein the Armed Forces Mission Process
Review: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affectingthe measurement of human capital performance in the process offulfilling the mission of the Armed Forces. Affected by the transcendent goalsof the Islamic system in terms of belief, political, economic, social, cultural,and at national, regional, and international levels. Influenced by the importantmission of the Armed Forces in the Islamic political system in the realizationof the intended goals, and the double emphasis on value-based principles, sacreddefense experiences, new wars, and strategists on the role of humanitarianforces in the Islamic Republic. This research is one of the developmentappliedresearches. In terms of purpose, applied research, in terms of level ofanalysis, descriptive-analytical research, and in terms of library-based taxonomy,using survey tools and web sites and questionnaires. By determiningthe factors and indices using Friedman test, the multivariate regression wascalculated by determining the four factors and nineteen indices of the effectof factors and indices on the measurement of human capital performance inthe armed forces. Based on the results of development with a rating of 2.62,absorption with a rating of 2.11, a release with a rating of 1.71, and a holdingwith a rating of 26.26, they affect the financial performance. Confirming theHypotheses, a full range of options forms a layered defense under the headingof five capacities in the domain of sustainable security - political security,social security, religious security, economic security, cultural security - whichis addressed in the concluding remarks.
