The study of relationship between spiritual leadership and organiztional Frequency and Education staff
Investigating the Relationship between Spiritual Leadership and Organizational Culture with the Empowerment of Education Staff Tehran City Review: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational culture and their dimensions with employee empowerment. The sample size was 384 people selected through simple random sampling. Data was gathered from Fayyar Spiritual Leadership 2003, Spectorizer Empowerment 1995, and Haftsdad Organizational Culture 1980. Data analysis showed that the correlation between spiritual leadership variable and employee empowerment is significant. There is a significant correlation between organizational culture variable and empowerment of employees. There is a significant relationship between spiritual management dimensions and employee empowerment. There was no meaningful relationship between belief in relationship with friendship and relationship with empowerment. Also, there was a meaningful relationship between dimensions of organizational culture and empowerment. Only variable Democracy did not show a relationship with empowerment. The conclusion is that there is no doubt that the prosperity of any community dependent on the development of human resources is imperative, and this requires the existence of appropriate leadership and leadership along with its culture.
