Abstract:

 In global competition markets, the organizations need to find better business solutions by more flexible and reliable structures.so, using of informational systems are necessary tools that can cover all activities and existing tasks in an organization and deliver the necessary information to consumers on time.in this research we try to investigate the effective factors on using organization resources planning.in this research, tool of collecting data is questionnaire and for analyzing the data Spss and PLS are used. Because of finite of community members number ,census method is used. The results show that self-efficacy has positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness by using ERP but on perceived ease using ERP has positive and significant effect. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease has positive and significant effect on ERP, too. Using the ERP has positive and significant effect on panoptic empowerment and individual performance.
