Abstract:
Introduction

This study aims to investigate the role of spiritual health and religious confrontation in predicting death anxiety in patients with coronavirus.

Method

In terms of the nature of the collected data, the present study is part of quantitative studies and in terms of purpose is part of applied studies. Due to the nature of the research topic, the present research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study included all people with coronavirus who participated in the study online. In this study, due to traffic restrictions when the risk of corona in Iran became serious, 200 people were selected as a sample group available. The Nampler Death Anxiety Questionnaire (1970), Ellison's Mental Health (1983) and Pargament's Religious Confrontation (2000) were used to collect data.

Results

Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 24 using the Pearson correlation method. The results showed that spiritual health and religious confrontation could predict death anxiety in patients with coronavirus (0.05
