Effectiveness of group therapy perplexity of detoxification technique (with emphasis on the grief resulted from lack of meaning) on happiness and resilience

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of group therapy perplexity of detoxification technique (with emphasis on the grief resulted from lack of meaning) on happiness and resilience was cast.

This was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population consisted of those who experienced mourning and referred to a counseling center in Isfahan in the first half of year 2019, For 1 year or more past their grief or hot was that 40 per eligible for the study selection. experimental groups (n = 20) and control (n = 20) were assigned. After pre-test Connor-Davidson resilience scale (2003) and Oxford happiness inventory (1989) , were administered to the experimental group during eight 90-minute training sessions. A group of perplexity of detoxification technique (with emphasis on the Grief resulted from lack of meaning) were given .At the end of both groups post-test was performed and data were analyzed by covariance analysis using SPSS. The results showed that educational intervention perplexity of detoxification technique (with emphasis on the Grief resulted from lack of meaning) on happiness and resilience had a significant positive impact(p < 0/001).
