Abstract:

the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of managers' professional ethics on employees ' motivation and organizational agility (case study of pegah company's pegah company). in this research, the researcher has tried to identify the relationship between managers ' professional ethics and employees' motivation and agility in the pegah company pegah company . the research method in terms of purpose is applied, in terms of data collection, descriptive- correlation and also with employee motivation and organizational agility is positive and significant. the method of research in terms of practical purpose was quantitative in terms of data collection method , descriptive - correlation and in terms of quantitative data type . the population of this study comprises all the employees of the pegah company, among which 160 people were selected through simple random sampling method and questionnaire questionnaire (etal.2009), a job motivation questionnaire and organizational agility questionnaire (Panda et al , 2016) was used as a data collection tool. the data obtained in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistics(calculation of frequency , percentage, plot mapping, standard deviation and univariate comparison) and inferential statistics(Pearson correlation coefficient) and multivariate regression analysis using spss software, 18 is analyzed. the results showed that there is a meaningful relation between professional ethics of managers with motivation of employees and organizational agility. there is a positive and meaningful relation between social responsibility with motivation of employees and organizational agility . there is a positive and meaningful relation between belonging to the scientific community of managers with the motivation of employees and organizational agility . there is a positive and significant relationship between performance motivation and organizational agility. there is a positive and meaningful relation between scientific responsibility with motivation of employees and organizational agility.
