Identifying and ranking the dimensions and components of organizational health model based on quantum management in Mashhad Municipality employees
Organizational health is the permanence and survival of the organization in its environment and adaptation to it and its expansion and promotion and ability to further adapt. The aim of this study was to identify and rank the dimensions of organizational health model based on quantum management in Mashhad municipal employees. The present study was conducted with an applied purpose and with an approach mixed with an exploratory design. The statistical population includes experts and experts in the field of municipality at the level of managers, deputy chiefs of staff and heads of 17 districts of Mashhad Municipality in 1997-96 for analysis in the descriptive statistics section, to check the normal distribution of data from Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and For the significance of the relationship between the variables, t-test and for sample adequacy test and correlation of KMO and Bartlett test, as well as model design using structural equation modeling and data analysis using SPSS21 and LISREL8 software were performed. 5. The results of the qualitative section showed that 3 dimensions including job factors, organizational factors and individual factors and 18 components can be proposed for the municipality. These dimensions were learned based on quantitative indicators and the test results showed that among the municipal dimensions, individual factors with components (self-efficacy, self-determination, effectiveness, individual characteristics) are more important and in priority.
