The Impact Of Intra-Organizational Factors On Lean Startup
Business startups are key factors contributing to employment creation, economic development, and technology commercialization. Awareness and use of lean startup approach has increased rapidly among startup companies in recent years. Today, the role of start-ups in the economies of countries and regions has been revealed in various dimensions of job creation, innovation and competitiveness. The present study mainly aimed at examining the impact of intra-organizational factors on lean startup. This study is an applied, descriptive survey in terms of purpose and data collection, respectively. The intra-organizational factors of lean startups were extracted from the literature and were analyzed using a questionnaire which was distributed among a group of startup experts and managers to measure its validity. After obtaining their confirmation, a 21-item questionnaire was developed and then distributed among 143 participants. The collected data was imported into SPSS and LISREL for data analysis after the coding process. The study’s results indicate that the variables of knowledge and technology, culture, business characteristics, reasonable methods, and human resources have an impact on lean startup, whereas the organizational structure has no bearing.
This paper examines the effect of intr-aorganizational factors affecting Lean startups and according to the previous researches tested the effect of 6 factors on lean startups.
