Investigating the Relationship between Empowerment Training for Lordegan Elementary School Teachers on Educational Entrepreneurship and Their Organizational Socialization
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Lordegan primary school teachers' empowerment training on educational entrepreneurship and their organizational socialization. This research was an applied and correlational study that the statistical population was primary school teachers in Kerman and the sampling method was simple random sampling. Morgan table was used to determine the statistical sample. The number of statistical samples of 100 people was obtained by available sampling method. Data collection tools were Inspired Manpower Empowerment Questionnaire (2012), Margaret Hill Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire and Taormina Model Organizational Sociability Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0. Pearson correlation and regression tests were used to analyze the data. The results showed that empowerment training for primary school teachers in Lordegan has an effect on their educational entrepreneurship and organizational socialization.
