Abstract:

The aim of the study was to investigate information technology on customer attraction in sports clubs in Ilam. The present study is applied in terms of descriptive nature and in terms of purpose, which was conducted as a survey. The statistical population of the present study was all users of sports clubs in Ilam city. Due to the unlimited statistical population of 384 people, it was selected as a statistical sample. The research measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by 12 sports management professors and its reliability was 0.87. Descriptive statistics (mean, percentage, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and single-sample t-test) were used to analyze the data using SPSS software Version 20. The research results showed that information technology has a positive effect on customer attraction in Ilam sports clubs. Therefore, managers of sports venues should pay more attention to the quality of services provided and staff training to better provide services to customers.
