Investigation on the Relationship between Perceived Organizational Support, Spirituality in the Workplace with Employee Productivity (Case Study: Hamadan Police Command)
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between perceived organizational support and spirituality in the workplace with the staff of the Hamadan Police Command. This research is practical in terms of purpose; In terms of descriptive-correlation method, in this study, 103 people were selected from a 140-member population of the staff working in the Hamadan Police Command as the sample to be studied. The sampling method in this study is a simple coincidence. Data were collected using a standard questionnaire. The validity was measured using formal validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using SPSS software, Pearson tests and simple and multiple regression. The results showed that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and productivity of employees working in Hamadan Police Command. There is a relationship between spirituality in the workplace and the productivity of the staff working in the Hamadan Police Command. There is a multiple relationship between perceived organizational support, spirituality in the workplace, and the use of the staff working in the Hamadan Police Command.
