Geomatics and its application in NAJA (case study: identification narcotics)
Geomatics is associated with a wide range of engineering knowledge, this sciences is a branch of geomatics knowledge and technology, which can be extended to various fields of police, including the counter narcotics division, which was established in co-operation with UNODC in collaboration with the U NODC with neighboring countries with Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan, under the name of the Trilateral Trust for Combating Drugs. The first training course was attended by ten experts from the Ministry of Counter Narcotics in Afghanistan for ten days with a GIS course, an electronic system for obtaining geographic information and the use of this remote sensing technology in Tehran in last November. In this context, further advanced courses (remote sensing) are to be held. The ground sampling method is to use a 1050 nm wavelength spectrophotometer or a speck field device with a wavelength of 2,500 nm, which can be used for different stages of growth with different repetitions. The research concludes that if the classification occurs at different times, it can produce more accurate results at a wider level. The results show that the best time to detect this species from other species is at flowering time and it can be concluded that super-spectral-time images can be used to achieve the goals.
