Development of a Communication Model of the Effects of Mass Imaging and Surveillance on the Development of Sports in the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic Of Iran

Understanding future images and monitoring can pave the way for appropriate development actions. The aim of this study is to develop a communication model of the effects of mass imaging and surveillance on the development of sports in the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of research strategy is of the type of model presentation in the form of path analysis. The statistical population includes senior managers and experts in the sports industry and the armed forces and professors (N = 120). The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management and futures research and the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained through Cronbach's alpha of 0.94. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data and Amos software was used to present the model and structural equation modeling technique.

The research findings showed that the components of imagining the future on public sports with a path coefficient of 0.751 and championship sports with a path coefficient of 0.244 and the variables of public sports and championship with a path coefficient of 0.384 are significant. Also, the component of sports observation on public sports with a path coefficient of 0.652 and championship sports with a path coefficient of 0.466 and general and championship variables with 0.533 are also significant. Championship sports have the greatest impact on the development of armed forces sports with 0.671, followed by public sports with 0.383 next rank, and finally championship and public sports with 0.280.

Creating a culture of futurism and visionary orientation with regard to collective observation and imagery will have an impact on the development of the Armed Forces sport and especially on the general sport of the Armed Forces.
