The state of belief in a just world among Internet usersCase study: Secondary school students in Tehran
The aim of this study was to analyze the situation of belief in a just world among Internet users among high school students in Tehran. The research is a descriptive-survey type and the measurement tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population includes all high school students in Tehran and the sample size is 384 people based on Morgan table and selected in a multi-stage cluster method. A questionnaire designed by Sutton and Douglas (2005), Dalbert (1999) and Dalbert et al. (2001) and prepared by Saffarinia (2012) were used to assess the status of belief in a just world among Internet users. Findings from data analysis showed, Dimensions: Faiths of a just world for themselves, beliefs of an unjust world, beliefs of a just world for others, and beliefs of a fair world in general with averages of 3.40, 3.36, 3.10, and 3.06 (on a scale of 1 to 5) are somewhat believed by students
