The relationship between a single-family residential environment and safe social relationships (Case study: East Kati& West and Zargar neighborhoods of Babol)
This study deals with the relationship between monogamous residential environment and safe social relations in the middle (Zargar neighborhood) and weak (Katie East and West) neighborhoods. It is residential in two neighborhoods. Given the nature of the city, as a complex and complex spatial social system, the most appropriate approach in understanding the structure and function of architecture and urban design and researching its issues is to use the process of combining methods. The work of analyzing the data collected from the questionnaire using structural equation modeling to determine the effective components and determine the contribution of each component in forming a sense of security and increasing social interactions of individuals as well as the share and role of influence Interfering variables are performed. The results show. There is a difference between the feeling of security and physical factors of the environment and the type of use and monitoring and the amount of social interactions of residents and the rate of crime reduction and quality of life of residents between men and women in middle and lower level neighborhoods of Babol. The intensity of this relationship is moderate and the direction of the relationship is direct. Also, the average variable of physical factors of the environment (3.375), the average type of use (3.251), monitoring (3.143), the average rate of social interactions (3.365), the average rate of feeling safe (3.108), the average rate of crime reduction (3.989) and the average level of quality of life ( 3.438) is. Also, the standard deviation of the above variables is equal to (0.621), (0.578), (0.682), (0.680), (0.552), (0.612) and (0.366), respectively.
