The purpose of creating such areas is to provide suitable conditions for increasing production, creating jobs And Economic prosperity growth areas And the Peripheral villages. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to The Effects of Chabahar city location with focus (Special Economic Zone In the economic - physical development of Peripheral villages. The research method of this research is analytical. Data collection has been done in two ways: documentary and field (questionnaire). For the data analysis software SPSS, Expert choice, and was ELECTRE model. The results of one-sample t-test showed that the city of Chabahar with a focus (special economic zone) on the economic and physical development of rural areas with 95% confidence is statistically effective. Also, the results of Spearman correlation test, considering the significance level of 0.000, indicate a significant relationship between the economic-physical development of Peripheral villages and Chabahar city with the focus on special economic zone. Furthermore, the findings of determining the weight of indicators using the Expert Choice software method showed that employment and income indicators with a weight of 0.226, the highest rank and service index with a weight of 0.053, have the lowest rank in the economic and physical development of Peripheral villages. The results of ELECTRE model showed that among Peripheral villages, Tis and Moradabad villages have the highest amount of economic and physical impact from Chabahar city with emphasis on special economic zone.
