Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to present a causal model of factors affecting the development of organizational performance based on green intellectual capital and green innovation. The purpose of the opinion is an application that is descriptive-survey according to the research method and the required data has been collected using a questionnaire. In this study, the statistical population is the employees of Sepah Bank in Shiraz. Due to the fact that the number of employees of Sepah Bank in Shiraz is not known, Cochran's formula with unlimited community size is used to determine the number of samples. 384 questionnaires were distributed among the available samples and 217 acceptable questionnaires were collected. Data analysis was performed using Smart pls3 and Spss software. A general review of the hypothesis test results showed that the dimensions of green intellectual capital have a significant effect on organizational performance and green innovation and green innovation has a significant effect on organizational performance.
