Evaluation of the aesthetic components of the facade in the administrative buildings of Tehran in the years 1961-2011 from the perspective of designers and ordinary people
The subject of facade and aesthetic components due to the close relationship between architectural design and audience perception, has wide and important dimensions and is known as a stimulus for understanding people's tastes of the visual components of architecture. The purpose of this study is to explain the aesthetic patterns used in the design of facades of office buildings in Tehran between 1340 and 1390.The research innovation is in filling the existing gap in identifying the aesthetic components of office building facades and also the developments in office architectural facades from the last 50 years until now. The research method of this research is applied and developmental from the beginning and the research method is descriptive-analytical and based on the nature of the data is quantitativequalitative. The samples of this research have been selected based on 9 pre-revolutionary office buildings and 10 post-revolutionary office buildings. Views were analyzed on the basis of cultural, economic and technological dimensions of qualitative content. The criteria were also identified based on quantitative and qualitative dimensions and were assessed based on semi-structured interviews. The results show that the cultural dimension variable with (Beta = 0.329) with significance coefficient (sig = 0.036) is the strongest predictor of the aesthetic category of buildings. And the economic dimension variable (Beta = 0.271) with a significant coefficient (sig = 0.000) and in the second place, has the power of prediction in the model and in the third place, the technology dimension variable (Beta = 0.149) with the significance coefficient is (sig = 0.000).
