The role of psychological nerve functions in the event of road accidents: systematic review
Human factors are one of the three main causes of road accidents. Psychological nerve indicators such as reaction speed and pay attention mode may affect driving performance. The research project was a systematic review. With keywords related to driving behavior and road accidents were searched from databases and finally, 22 articles were selected for systematic review. A system was arranged for rating the quality of articles and the level of homogeneity of the results was considered based on the tree chart. Most driving psychological nerve sciences have been conducted on the elderly or people with neurological defects such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or head injury. The best predictors of driving accidents are tests related to visual observation and executive functions. Tests on the use of visual space and the tracking test and visualization test are the most commonly used psychological nerve tests in the field of driving. There is a positive and stable relationship between basic cognitive functions and driving errors in elderly people. Assessing drivers with psychological nerve tests and designing rehabilitation courses for infinite violent drivers by restoring or strengthening the functions of the psychological nerve may be effective in reducing road accidents and modifying driver's behavior
