Consideration the Relation Between the Various Approaches to Utilization of Human Resources and Innovation Parameters in Defense Organization

The way by each organization managerschr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))) attitudes towards functions and roles of human resources influence over innovation growth and development and the relation between various approaches to human resources utilization with innovative parameters are included in the managerschr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))) and plannerschr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))) issues in the organizations where a boost to the innovative capabilities is a pivotal factor in their attainment of strategic purposes.
