Investigating the Role of University Incubation Centers in Growth of Entrepreneurial Capacity of Technology Cores and Technology Centers at Islamic azad University

University Incubators are important centers for developing innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic improvement of country. Supporting these centers will led to their rising; expanding and causing a spill in the economic cycle of the country. Nowadays, these centers play a very important role in advancing economic and industrial expansion of developed and developing countries and in many countries, it has made significant effects on the achievement of knowledge - based development as well as the strengthening government, university and industry interactions. hence, considering the importance of this issue, the present study is to investigate the role of University Incubator Centers in entrepreneurial capacity of cores and technology units in Growth Incubator Center of Islamic Azad University, Sistan and Baluchestan Province. The study population included managers of all cores and incubators of technology deployed at Sistan and Baluchestan Islamic Azad University Growth Incubator Center since 1394. The present research is based on the descriptive research method of collecting information (Non-experimental) survey type. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19 and LISREL 54.8 and analyzed by T-test and Single Sample, Factor Analysis, Structural Model has been used. The results indicated a positive and significant effect of Growth Incubator Center on the level of entrepreneurial empowerment of Cores and technology units at Islamic Azad University of Sistan and Baluchestan.
