In the qualitative part of the research, 18 experts (senior managers and human resource managers of the company, faculty, or university lecturers) were purposefully selected with the criterion of theoretical data saturation method, and coded the interviews using data-based strategy and Max Kyoda software. The results showed that out of 805 extracted codes, 145 initial codes were identified in the form of 23 categories, including pivotal category, causal conditions, contextual, interventionist, strategies and consequences. In the quantitative part, 182 questionnaires were distributed and collected among the company's operational managers, which were determined using Cochran's formula and random class sampling. Using structural equation modeling and SmartPls software, the model was validated. The results showed that the effect of the relationships between model variables was positive and significant. Also, the total fit index (GOF) is a number equal to 0.543, which is a strong index and shows the high quality of the model.
