The causal relationship between religious attitude and organizational effectiveness with the mediating role of organizational justice, organizational trust and job satisfaction in sports managers of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Organizational effectiveness is a complex category that is related to many factors. Beliefs and attitudes of people in the organization is one of the relevant and influential factors on organizational effectiveness. Paying attention to other factors affecting the organizational effectiveness of sports managers in the Armed Forces can play a key role in developing the country's defense capability. The aim of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between religious attitude and organizational effectiveness with the mediating role of organizational justice, organizational trust and job satisfaction in sports managers of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The present study was descriptive and causal (structural equation). The number of samples was 234 and they were selected by stratified random sampling. To measure research variables for religious attitude from Glock and Stark religious attitude questionnaire, organizational effectiveness from Hesso organizational effectiveness questionnaire, organizational justice from Niehoff and Morman organizational justice questionnaire, organizational trust from Alonen organizational trust questionnaire and for job satisfaction from Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) was used. Statistical results showed that the mediating effect of justice and organizational trust is positive and direct and with increasing justice and organizational trust, the effect of religious attitude on organizational effectiveness increases. But job satisfaction can not play a mediating role in the relationship between religious attitudes and organizational effectiveness. Strengthening religious beliefs and attitudes can help spread justice and trust in the organization, and these reinforcements can positively and directly lead to increased effectiveness in the organization.
