The Effect of Innovation capability and Knowledge Sharing on Innovation Performance and Marketing Performance (Case Study: Parsian Bank of Tehran Province)
The purpose of this study is "The effect of innovation capability and knowledge sharing on innovation performance and marketing performance" of Parsian Bank of Tehran. The research method used in this study is descriptive-survey. This study is applied in terms of purpose. Heads and deputies) and employees of Parsian Bank in Tehran province. Based on cluster random sampling method and using Cochran's formula, 217 people were selected as the sample size. Data collection methods were through a field library and a questionnaire. To analyze the data Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used. Descriptive tests of percentage, mean, standard deviation, variance and inferential tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov-one-sample t-test, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equations were used with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that innovation capability affects innovation performance, innovation performance affects marketing performance, knowledge sharing affects innovation performance. Also, organizational innovation affects innovation performance, process innovation on innovation performance, service innovation on innovation performance, innovation Marketing side has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance. The results of structural adjustment can be used for Parsian Bank in Tehran province to increase innovation performance and marketing performance.
