The mediating role of teamwork in relation to the ethical culture and organizational voice of teachers
The present study is a descriptive-correlational study, which aims to investigate the mediating role of teamwork in relation to the ethical culture and organizational voice of teachers. 1302 teachers of district one of Ardabil province in the academic year 1399-1398 formed the statistical population and using Morgan table, 292 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The required information was collected using standard questionnaires of Lanchioni (2000), Moral Culture of Goble et al. (2011) and Organizational Voices of Zuhair and Ardoughan (2011). Data analysis was performed using Spss21 and 8lisrel software. Thus, the results of testing the above hypotheses indicate that the direct effect of moral culture on the organizational voice of teachers is equal to 0.53, which shows the positive effect of moral culture on the organizational voice of teachers. On the other hand, the indirect effect of moral culture on organizational sound through Cartesian is 0.25. According to the findings of the present study, ethical culture can explain changes in organizational voice both directly and through the mediating role of teamwork, so organizations should pay special attention to institutionalizing teamwork and applying the style of ethical culture.
