Identification of governmental human resources policeies based on the thoughts of Imam Ali in Nahjolbalaghe
Nahj al Balaghe is one of the most important sources available for research on management style in Islam. Also, human resource management is very important in the management of today’s organizations and its importance is undeniable.. Therefore, The present study seeks to identify the government’s human resource policies for senior managers and low-level managers and employees based on Imam Ali’s ideas in Nahj al Balaghe. In order to achieve this goal, the theme analysis method has been used and by examining the whole text of Nahj al Balaghe book, 116 passages have been extracted and coded and the concepts have been extracted from these propositions in the form of tables and in twenty floors for brokers (senior managers) and employees (low-level managers). Categorized by different titles. The final result of the research, which was extracted from thematic classes, is a coherent framework of government human resource policies separately for brokers and employees. By comparing the extracted themes of brokers and employees and analyzing them, one can see the difference between the human resource policies of brokers and employees, including the differences in the importance of different topics and themes for brokers and employees and also he pointed to more general human resources policies for brokers and smaller policies for employees in Nahj al Balaghe.
