Confronting the Moral Corruption of Managers from the Perspective of Commander of the Faithful

The administrative system directs and controls organizations today. The health of the administrative system will bring a platform for work and peace for the people, and as a result, the society will progress. One of the pollutions of managers is moral corruption, which leads to the inefficiency of organizations. Managers' moral corruption and deal with it help to improve the moral health of the organization and develop public trust. Recognizing and addressing the causes of managers 'ethical corruption, while correcting managers, can be of great help to employees' moral health. It can develop public trust in society. This study has explained the problem with a descriptive analytical method and using religious sources, especially the orders of the Commanders of the Faithful. In examining the causes of managers' moral corruption. they can be divided into two categories: individual factors and organizational factors. Greed and weakness of faith are the personal and individual factors of managers that must be improved with ways of awakening conscience, remembering resurrection, and punishment. The most important organizational factors in managers' moral corruption is inadequate organizational structure and organizational culture. It can reduce the organizational factors of moral corruption and improve the behavior of employees by raising awareness and emphasizing legalism.
