Investigating and prioritizing the effective factors on increasing the quality and success of the sports teams of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in international competitions

The category of sports is of special importance in different parts of the Armed Forces, the purpose of this study was to investigate and prioritize the factors affecting the quality and success of sports teams of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in international competitions The method of the present study was survey that conducted in the field. For this purpose, the statistical population of the present study 280 consisted of all managers, experts, coaches and athletes participating in the International Games of the Armed Forces in 1393 -1397. A modified questionnaire of prioritization of quality factors and sports success of Dr. Sajjadi et al. (2013) was used to collect information. It consisted of a two-item test with a 95% confidence interval of Clapper-Pearson to evaluate the effectiveness of managerial, behavioral, and environmental factors; their subfactors are used The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean rank of rankings showed that the mean rank of behavioral factors was higher than the average rank of structural factors; There is a significant difference between the average rank of rankings also showed that the average rank of structural factors is higher than the average rank of environmental factors; There is a significant difference between the between the total rankings showed that the average rank of behavioral factors is higher than the average rank of environmental factors. Due to the effective behavioral, structural and environmental impact of the exercise, it is recommended to the managers and decision makers of sports events of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while recognizing the success factors and appropriate investment in this field, proper focus on these factors.
