There exist different and various methods for achieving the skill of systematic thinking among which the knowledge of dynamical systems, with the help of mathematics and the ability of modeling, has achieved notable attentions in the science advancement of command and management. By considering the framework of mathematical non-linear dynamical systems, this study examines the dynamical behavior of a simple mathematical model of non-linear systems of confronting forces and the manpower of Islamic republic of Iran strategic navy.
