Explain Self-Fulfillment through Spiritual Intelligence and Creativity (Case Study: Teachers of Vocational Girls’ Vocational Schools in Isfahan)
The present study was conducted to determine the "relationship between spiritual intelligence and creativity with self-actualization of teachers in girls' vocational schools in Isfahan" by descriptive correlational method.
The statistical population consisted of all of teachers girls' vocational schools in Isfahan, numbering 604 people; Among them, based on Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table and stratified random sampling method with a volume of 234 people were selected to participate in the present study. The instruments used in the present study included three questionnaires: "King's Spiritual Intelligence (2009)" with 24 items, "Jones and Crandall (1968)" with 15 items and "Torrance Creativity (1981)" with 60 items, whose formal validity of Confirmed by a number of respondents. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.92, 0.83 and 0.77, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression) were used.
The results showed that between all dimensions of spiritual intelligence (0.466, 0.541, 0.541, r = 0.463) and three dimensions of creativity (0.37, 0.258, r = 0.271) There is a significant direct relationship with self-actualization at the level of p <0.01. Among the predictor variables, spiritual intelligence had the highest predictive power for self-actualization.
Because teachers in vocational schools play a key role in the path of perfection, self-discovery and self-actualization of students (learners), it is necessary to provide the requirements to strengthen their spiritual intelligence and prepare opportunities for their creativity in order to achieve their self-actualization.
