Identifying Factors Affecting the Selection of Technical and vocational Students from the Stakeholder Perspective
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the selection of technical and vocational students from the perspective of students, parents and managers-teachers in Sari. The research method was descriptive - survey and the statistical population of boyschr('39') technical and vocational schools in Sari area. Sampling method was cluster random sampling. Finally, 72 managers and teachers, 184 students and 122 parents answered the questionnaire. The research tool was a systematic researcher-made questionnaire with Likert-type 4-point scale containing 25 questions. Content validity coefficient based on cvr was 0.99 and reliability of questionnaire for parents, students and managers-teachers was 0.79, 0.82 and 0.71, respectively. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software in two sections: descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test and Friedman test). The results of this study showed that from the viewpoint of managers and teachers, the first priority and the self-employment loans are the last priority. From the parents chr('39')perspective, the labor market is the top priority and self-employment loans are the top priority, and from the studentschr('39') point of view, the labor market is the top priority and fear of failure.
