Indicators for making strategic police management in the prevention of female victimization

Today, the conditions and atmosphere of police activity have become more complex,changeable and extensive, so that for most police organizations , this speed is far more than the speed of response and their ability to adapt.Therefore, police organizations need to making new strategies to respond to these challenges To be able to put their emphasis on adapting to environmental changes and responding to the needs of an ever-changing environment very quickly.Therefore, the purpose of this study Identify indicators for making strategic police management in the prevention of female victimization.

In terms of purpose,the present study is applied and in terms of survey method.This research is in the category of qualitative research and has been carried out by content analysis method .The research community consisted of experts from the police,the Ministry of Interior,university professors,judges,the Education Organization,the Welfare Organization,and the Prisons Organization, and based on the principle of saturation.Theoretically, the sample size reached 14 people. Data were collected through semi-structured qualitative interviews Data analysis was performed using "Max Cody 11"software.
