Prevention of Trade Union, Health and Smuggling Violations in East Azerbaijan Province

Today, the science of prevention has become a public belief not only in scientific and academic circles but also in the executive field, because its role and importance in reducing cases of violations has always been very significant. Prevention science works when it is based on accurate statistics. The present study focuses on the main purpose of explaining health, trade union and smuggling violations with a preventive approach.

The present study is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of approach, which was done by descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of the study was the cases of violations in East Azarbaijan province in 1397 and 1398. The collected data were classified according to the type of violation, then the provinces were evaluated according to the type and amount of violation and also the target province was evaluated and compared separately according to the type and amount of violation and finally using G software. The trend of violation statistics in 1392 (21697 cases) to 1396 (11988 cases) is decreasing. But in 1396, from 11988 cases to 14552 cases in 1398, which has an increasing trend compared to previous years. East Azerbaijan province in terms of type of violation among all provinces is ranked 14th in 1397. In 1398, the subject of goods and services with 11397 cases received, has a rank of 13 and in the field of health (902 cases), has a rank of 22 and in the field of smuggling of goods and currency has a rank of 4.

The present article shows that places with higher population density and high unemployment rate (14%) have more violations. Accordingly, it is proposed to create stable jobs for young people and to monitor border crossings more, as well as to strengthen the social prevention model.
