Identifying and Prioritizing the Components of Educational Marketing with the ability to employ and generate income according to the target groups in Technical and Vocational Education (Case study of North Khorasan province)
The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize jobs with employability and sustainable income and to determine skills training needs appropriate to the market in terms of target groups including rural communities, home-based businesses, nomadic communities, guilds, prisons, business management centers, barracks, informal settlements and urban branches have been established in North Khorasan province. This research was conducted in terms of purpose, application and data analysis at both descriptive and inferential levels. In order to collect data, in addition to using documents and reports, two other tools, namely semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, were used. The focus of the semi-structured interview was on identifying the requirements, jobs and skills with more employability and more stable income in North Khorasan Province. The validity of the interviews was assessed using the participants 'review method and the validity and reliability of the questionnaires were evaluated and confirmed by citing experts' opinions and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively. The statistical population of the study is a variety of experts from the province's technical and vocational training centers, experts from the General Directorate of Industry, Mining and Trade, agricultural jihad, cooperation, labor and social welfare, cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism, faculty members, trainees of technical and vocational organizations and have been entrepreneurs and business owners of North Khorasan province. The most important results of the research are achieving a model consisting of 58 jobs with the characteristics of employability and sustainable income generation according to the target groups of technical and vocational education programs.
