Abstract:

What suitable strategies should be chosen by the independent (prate) institutes affiliated to technical and professional organization regarding their own conditions and present and future situations? Which strategy has priority over the other ones? A frame work called comprehensive framework for preparing strategy (QSPM) has been used for preparing strategy for computers institues. The out come of SWOT matrix is four groups: strength – opportunity guideline, weakness – threat guide line. In these schools, guide line can be defined as a process of making decision during which the internal factors of the organization with external factors are made related in such a way that the value of each of them in realization of the goals of organization will be well determined. This article, by the procedure of the case study on the computers institutes of khouzestan province. Intends to identify weak points and strong points and opportunities and threat the mentioned institute and by analyzing the factors  and designing SWOT matrix to prepare suitable strategy  for the computer Institute and based an the quantitive strategic matrix it deals with the identification and evaluation of the strategies (aggressive , defensive , competitive and conservative) and the result will be the following indication: The strategy of penetration in the market with widespread propaganda has the total score attraction of  5.56, while the strategy of market developing with increase in services and training course has a total score attraction of 5.26. By comparing these two strategies we should give priority to the first strategy, i.e, the strategy of market penetration, in the other words, the strategy of penetration in the market with widespread propaganda has the priority.
