Abstract:

Nowadays, the main issue for cities is to decrease greenhouse gases emission, especially carbon and nitrogen. The purpose of this research is to apply; the purpose of this research is to apply. With a descriptive-analytical nature of the survey type, Seeks to estimate the indicators of achieving a sustainable city in Dezful with purposeful design, innovative methods, and merging modern urban planning techniques and local and old architecture of Dezful to control the amount of greenhouse gas emissions in the city. The study method is experimental research and the data collection method is library and field. The statistical population is all citizens of Dezful and the sampling method is simple random. Determine the sample size using Cochran's formula. By analyzing the AHP model in Super Decisions software, we determined the most important indicator of urban sustainability in Dezful, Which is the highest percentage for tree planting, and then underground agriculture and making urban underground spaces are the most important indicators. A questionnaire was distributed for one of the research questions and the results were quantitatively analyzed using statistical methods in SPSS software. Above 65% of the citizens agreed with the construction of a passageway for vehicles, fruit and vegetable market center, and passages in the basement and making an extensive green space, water view, a bicycle path, and a walking path at ground level and upgrading Kats and turning them into a residence to attract tourists. In addition to suggestions such as working night shifts, using underground agriculture in abandoned canals and ravines to prevent nitrogen release in streams and acid rain and increasing agricultural yields, injecting dry ice into the clouds on dusty or low rainy days, Achieving carbon Balance with the increase of green area average and afforestation and trapping carbon in aquifers.
