The investigation of lived experience of primary schools managers and teachers of Mahabad County about Keramat plan

This study aims the investigation of the lived experience of managers and teachers in the field of dignity plan in elementary schools. To achieve that, research method and sampling methods have been used phenomenological and purposeful and snow ball and tool is interviewing. The findings indicate that selective cods are keramat paln skils 1. Not pay attention to the characteristics and needs of the learners in the design of the curriculum. 2 Failure to adhere to the principles governing content selection and content organization. 3. Failure to take into account the principles governing curriculum design, in terms of work units. Disregarding the characteristics and needs of learners in curriculum designing 2 Not including the principles of selecting and organizing content on the strengths and weaknesses 1 Not including the principles of content selection and organization 2 Shortcomings in pre-service and in-service training 3 Disregarding the governing principles, on the barriers to the implementation of the Dignity Plan, the shortcomings in the education economy, and the lack of consideration of the principles of content selection and organization, 3 are inappropriate for the characteristics and psychological needs of teachers and students.
