The need to manage refugees must be a priority in the policy of the host governments. The findings of the article indicate that the background to the issue of asylum is the difficult conditions, harassment, torture that have been created for individuals in their countries of origin. So security, living standards in various dimensions develop in the communities of origin, the survival of residents increases, the phenomenon of asylum decreases. Host societies, by granting asylum to a refugee, have all the responsibilities of protecting a refugee, including voluntary return or transfer to a third country and observance, ensuring the refugee's human rights, allowing the refugee to remain in its territory until a lasting solution is found. Takes responsibility for what is achieved. Granting asylum is a simple and humane act based on the sovereignty and independence of states& no country, should consider it a hostile act.
