The effective factors in choosing the crime’s place from the criminals (Study of home stealing in shahrekord during 1383 to 1393)

The place plays an important and undeniable role in occurring or preventing the crimes, which occurring the crimes are easier and the possibility of witnessing and arresting are less; so the aim of this study is to investigate on the effective factors in choosing the crime’s place from the criminals(the study of home stealing 1383 to 1393). The present study is descriptive fro the view point of analyzing and its aim is applicational. The information gathering tool in this study was the questionare. For this purpose a questionare was provided with 22 main questions from the perssonels of Prevention and C.I.D police which was organized in the sequential scale with 5 optional questions. Also a questionare included 29 combinational questions that arranged and surveyed from shahrekord’s prisoned criminals. The results of study showed that there is a relation between the regional situations of crime’s place and choosing the crime’s place from the thieves. There is a relation between plan and the thieves’ previous plan, the temporal situation of committing the crime, the crime, and the personal features of thieves by choosing the crime’s place
