The Mediating Role of Intellectual Capital in the Impact of Training and Development of Human Resources on Innovative Performance in the Basij Organization of Teachers in Gilan Province
Nowadays, successful organizations are able to make better use of opportunities by increasing creativity and innovation. Organizations can influence people's skills, attitudes, and behaviors through actions such as training and human resource development. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of intellectual capital in the impact of education and human resource development on innovative performance of the Gilan Teachers in the Basij Organization. The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and according to the method, it is a descriptive correlational research that the required data has been collected using a questionnaire and a survey method. Since the level of analysis in this research is organizational, its statistical population includes 188 working groups (righteous workshops, political and insightful meetings, righteous circles( Halghe Salehin)), held in the Gilan Teachers' of Basij Organization (Gilan University, Payame Noor University, Islamic Azad University). That all 188 working groups were selected as a sample. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS19 and SmartPLS2 software. Findings showed that the variable of intellectual capital acts as a "partial mediator" in the effect of training in the workshop of the righteous on innovative performance. Also it acts as a "complete mediator" in the effect of political and insightful meetings as well as the circles of the righteous on innovative performance.
