Investigating the impact of strategic alliance on improving the performance of companies

One of the topics of interest in strategic management that has led to the creation of fundamental and special issues in this science is strategic alliances. When companies suffer from a lack of resources, strategic alliances can be introduced as a fundamental solution to this crisis. Strategic alliance is an important and important and practical solution in economies and companies, especially small and medium enterprises, to create a guaranteed future and to create common financial and economic benefits in order to achieve success. Strategic alliance is sometimes referred to as the expansion and development of businesses and entrepreneurship in the economy. Based on the important role of strategic alliances in the success of companies and firms in this study, the role of strategic alliances in improving the performance of companies was comprehensively reviewed based on articles and research in a descriptive and review manner. The results of review studies in this study showed that strategic alliance is a very important factor in improving the performance of companies. In general, most of the researches in the research literature state that strategic alliances have a positive and significant effect on the performance of companies.
