The current of hypocrisy has always been one of the main challenges of the Islamic society from the beginning of Islam to the time of the Islamic Revolution, which tries to strike at the society from within by mixing right and wrong, secrecy and deceptive appearance. The Mojahedin Khalq Organization is one of the most important currents of hypocrisy in the Islamic Republic. Imam Khomeini's confrontation gradually revealed the true face of the organization and the collapse of its social body, and provided the ground for the people to reject this organization. The present study seeks to answer the question: "What were the stages of Imam Khomeini's confrontation with the Mojahedin Khalq Organization from the period before the victory of the Islamic Revolution to the time of their armed uprising against the Islamic Republic?" The answer to this question can be a model for confronting the dissident currents during the Islamic regime, and on the other hand, it can be a documented and reasoned answer to those who claim a completely eliminative approach of the Islamic Republic towards the opposition. To answer this question, the "library" method was used to collect data and the "content analysis" method was used for analysis. The result of the research shows that Imam Khomeini's confrontation with the current of hypocrisy includes four stages: "disapproval and disgust of the heart", "soft confrontation and mere reminder" to the current of hypocrisy, "transition from soft confrontation to hard confrontation" and "hard confrontation" with this Is flowing.
