Abstract:

The present study aims to explain the psychological effects of crying in Islamic sources and has been obtained by the conceptual analysis of content organization and the following information: In the study of crying, it became clear that crying is a reaction to the inner feelings caused by feelings of pain, sadness or joy. Examining the effects of crying, it became clear that crying from the physical side has the effects of detoxifying the body, disinfecting, preventing stomach ulcers, reducing fat, sugar and blood pressure and Crying also has psychological effects on reducing anxiety and stress, peace of mind, strengthening motivation, revitalizing the heart and luminosity of the heart and eliminates complexity and grief, and psychologically has the effects of stimulating society, maintaining school and causing communication. It is the inner expression of God's general sympathy and mercy to all people.
