Investigating the organizational factors affecting job burnout in Fars regional water employees
The aim of the present study was to investigate the organizational factors affecting the level of burnout of employees in Fars Regional Water Authority. The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of the present study was all employees of Fars Regional Water Authority who were working in this company in 1396. The sample of the present study included 181 people who were selected by simple random method. The present study data were collected using job burnout questionnaire, questionnaire role ambiguity and role conflict, role value, job stress, job satisfaction and perceived leadership behavior questionnaire. The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between organizational variables of organizational justice, job satisfaction and supportive leadership style with burnout.
