Explaining Valuation Criteria Based on the Level of Knowledge Management Maturity in Execution Devices (Case Study: Khuzestan Province)
The purpose of this study is to explain the evaluation criteria based on the level of knowledge management knowledge generation in executive systems and to provide a native model. In this research, two questionnaires on evaluation criteria were used with 51 questions with Cronbach's alpha of 0.94, and another on knowledge management maturity level with Cronbach's alpha of 0.93 with 98 questions.To assess the validity of questionnaires, content validity and construct were used. The statistical population consisted of 86643 employees of executive organizations in Khuzestan province. 382 people were selected as the statistical sample using Cochran's relation.SPSS 22 and Amos 22 software were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that the evaluation criteria included 17 components, the technical component had the highest average rating (11.09), and the maintenance component had the lowest average rating (6.79) among other components in the statistical population of the research. Is. The level of maturity of knowledge management includes 13 indicators, which in general, it can be said that this variable is more than satisfactory. The results also showed that there is a meaningful relationship between the evaluation criteria and the level of maturity of knowledge management.
