Factors Affecting Economic, Social and Health Violations of Hairdressers in Districts 2 and 9 of Tehran
Violation is a historical and socio-economic phenomenon. In fact, human beings have been and are involved with different types of violations. The aim of this study is to determine the factors affecting the formation of economic, health and social violations of hairdressers in districts 2 and 9 of Tehran.
The present study is a descriptive-analytical research with an applied purpose. The statistical population of the study included all hairdressers in the 2nd and 9th districts of Tehran, the total number of which was equal to 1047 units in 2020. In the present study, according to the statistical population, 281 hairdressers were studied based on Cochran's formula and random sampling method. In order to collect data in this study, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Pearson correlation and multivariate regression tests were used to analyze the findings.
Based on the research findings, the use of substandard chemicals and the conversion of hairdressers into shops and health clinics, the use of unconventional jewelry such as implants on the nose, eyebrow teeth, inviting girls and women to underground shows, fortune-telling, not installing the approved price list Implementation of pricing criteria, overselling (receiving more money from the customer than the amount stated in the union price list), non-issuance of service invoices and uncertainty of turnover have an impact on the formation of economic, health and social violations in hairdressing salons 2 and 9 in Tehran.
Based on the research findings, in order to prevent violations by hairdressers, it is necessary to formulate continuous support and supervision policies and implement training classes.
